A hidden gem! Came here for lunch on Wednesday and it was surprisingly busy (which is always a good sign!). The place has a cozy, authentic vibe. There was only one server working, so service was a bit slow, but she was super friendly and checked in on us often—definitely doing her best! We ordered the birria quesadilla and the chilaquiles with chicken and steak—both were delicious, fresh, and came in generous portions. Highly recommend if you're looking for flavourful, authentic Mexican food in Edmonton. Will definitely be back!

We had the Tostadas de Tinga and the Enchiladas Clasicas with spicy verde. The tostadas were the best we ever had! Amazing flavour combinations, fresh ingredients and great portion size. The spicy verde sauce on the enchiladas is quite spicy and so is the Mexican rice but still delicious. The restaurant was able to accommodate a celiac and both dishes were gluten free.

We were given the option to have a table (no reservation) for an hour. We chose quickly, enjoyed every bite and got out in time. We’re so glad they let us sit. The taco platter was a perfect choice for the three of us to share. The ceviche was delicious and the home made chips are so good. The musical talent is fun. It was a gentleman with a guitar this time. Lovely staff as well. A must go!

OMG you guys!! This place is seriously a GEM in Edmonton!! 1. They have different daily specials every day — so you can literally check which day has your fav deal and plan your visit. Love that! 2. It’s one of the longest-standing Mexican restaurants in the city — and it’s STILL packed after all these years. Like, no joke, weekends are wild — better book ahead! 3. The food? Market priced, totally fair. Drinks are a bit pricey, yeah... but hey, if you're not drinking, no worries at all. 4. The vibe is amazing, Sometimes there’s live music — like today!! Look at the pics!! The singer tonight had the sweetest smile ever, made the whole night feel magical! 5. Service? 10/10 And the food presentation is sooo pretty. Again — PICS DON'T LIE. Seriously. Go. You won’t regret it!!
